Affiliate Disclosure

The Nihon Craft Guide is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by linking to Amazon.com. We're also an approved affiliate of MUJI UK,Bernal Cutlery, and NAGINOWA through the Awin network. Links to these retailers may include a tracking code that lets us earn a commission if you make a qualifying purchase, at no additional cost to you.

We've also applied to join other programs (Musubi Kiln, Japanese Taste, and a few knife and garden-tool retailers via Awin and Sovrn) that aren't approved yet. Until an application is approved, links to that retailer on this site are plain, non-commissioned links — this page is updated the moment that changes for any given retailer.

When you click an affiliate link on this site and make a qualifying purchase, we may earn a commission — at no additional cost to you. This does not influence which products or services we choose to write about; our reviews and recommendations reflect our own research and opinions.

Affiliate links on this site are marked inline near the first occurrence in an article, and open in a new tab with arel="sponsored" attribute, consistent with FTC endorsement guidelines and the linking policies of the affiliate networks we participate in.

If you have questions about a specific link or partnership, reach out via the contact page.
